Hello again, on this post I’ll be writing about Mystic
Mountains which is an exciting adventure park located in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
The Mystic mountains adventure park is a great place to take the family because
it has offers unique rides and attractions for all ages.
Mystic
Mountain Adventure Park offers an array of different attractions including the
Bobsled adventure, the Sky Explorer which takes guests to the top of the
mountain, the zip lining adventure and the infinity pool and waterslide. Personally, my favorite attraction would have
to have been the bobsled because it was not slow enough to be considered as
boring, but not fast enough to be considered as too much for children. I would
also describe the ride as a unique roller coaster. The rider would be placed in
a small bobsled, where they were able to control the speed at which the sled
goes. Additionally guests could either ride by themselves, with an instructor
or with another member of the group. This makes the attraction ideal for even
younger children because the speed is controllable and they can ride with an
adult.

I also quite enjoyed the canopy ride which brought guests up
the mountain and to the adventure park. A large chair, in which a maximum of
four people could be seated, was suspended over a large forest with a maximum
height f 700ft. The seat was attached to thick zip line rope and this was the
way by which guests were brought to the other attractions. The view was
absolutely breathtaking and it was fun for the entire family, as long as none
of the members are afraid of heights.

Although the adventure park offered
these unique rides, I believe that the prices were slightly over what they
should be. Each attraction can be paid for separately or all three attractions
can be done together, but before I go over the prices you should be informed
that all prices are in US dollars and include GCT. So, for the Bobsled ride the
normal adult cost $68.20 and for a child $46. Additionally if you would like to
ride a bobsled that takes you on a tour of the Dunn’s river waterfall that
could cost $91.50 for adults and $67.10 for kids. In order to ride the zip line
it would cost $114.40 for adults and $92 for kids, this attraction also lasts
for about 45 minutes. In order to get a tour of the Waterfall while on the zip line
the adult price would be $ 142.30 while the children’s price would be $117.70.
Lastly for the ride up to the mountain on the sky explorer the cost for adults
is $46.20, while the cost for kids is $24. Additionally there is once again the
option of getting a tour of the Dunn’s river waterfall while on the sky explorer,
so the adult price or this would be $67, while the kids’ price would be $43.
